5/5

How can I begin to thank you, not only for the outstanding work you did on my new headshots, but for your sincere support and guidance! As you know, it’s been years since I’ve had new shots taken. I’ve gone from a youg adult actor to an adult and truly did not know which way to turn in marketing myself. Iwent to old friends, old contacts & ndash; the whole gamut & ndash; to try to get someone to assist me and, more oftern than not, came up short. Finally, I had to trust my own “inner voice” and went ahead to make an appointment to meet with your for new photos. I knew you had an “eye” the minute I walked in the door when you said I look like I could play Sal Mineo. Sal is one of my idols and it’s always been my dream to play him in a movie or a play. Either you are phychic or it was a sign that I was in the right place! You then did something no one else had done & dash; you sized me up with a big smile on your face and began to tell me what your saw – a detective, a Joey “goombah”, a guy next door and a priest!! I would have been an idiot to walk out the door when you were the only one to take a genuine interest in the direction I should take. You were an answer to my prayers & ndash; not only a photographer but also someone who took the time to “look” at me and make valuable suggestions. Who needed an image consultant?
I did not need to look through the mounds of books of celebrities and actors you’d already shot – I didn’t care – I knew I wanted you to photograph me simply because of your interest in me and your obvious passion for what you do (in addition to your credibility in both LA and NY). I know it sounds corny, but I truly mean it. You empowered me and made me feel like a million bucks and, believe me, in show business that is, more often than not, a hard quality to find. In one simple meeting, you gave
me the confidence to know that I “still have a great look”. The session was easy as well! You are truly an actor’s photographer. I did not feel forced in any way. Rather, I appreciated your “direction” in photographing me. You understand actors and used our lingo encouraging me to conjure images ad situations internally while photographing me…And boy did we ever come out with some great shots! The variety of shots was overwhelming — from “tough guy” and benevolent priest to detective and sexy guy next door(ha!),etc.
So very simply, thanks Rob. You are a great guy and a special person.I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend you to anyone. Wish me luck as i begin a new chapter in my life — a chapter that I can proudly say begins with you. I’ll be sure to let you know what I am doing. Keep me in your good thoughts and prayers as you will be in mine.

Mille Grazie and keep smiling brother!

Ciao,
